20В So when you meet together, it is not to eat the LordвЂ™s Supper, 21В for when you eat, each one hurries to get his own supper first. 18В For, in the first place, when you meet together in church, I hear that there are divisions among you and in part I believe it, 19В for there have to be factions among you, so that those who are of approved character may be clearly recognized among you. ДЎ7В But in giving this next instruction, I do not praise you, because when you meet together it is not for the better but for the worse. 16В Now if anyone is inclined to be contentious, we have no other practice, nor do the churches of God. 13 Judge for yourselves is it proper for a woman to offer prayer to God with her head uncovered? 14В Does not common sense itself teach you that if a man has long hair, it is a dishonor to him, 15В but if a woman has long hair, it is her ornament and glory? For her long hair is given to her as a covering. 12В For as the woman originates from the man, so also man is born through the woman and all things originate from God.

11В Nevertheless, woman is not independent of man, nor is man independent of woman. ( C) 10В Therefore the woman ought to have a sign of authority on her head, for the sake of the angels. ( A) 8В For man does not originate from woman, but woman from man ( B) 9В for indeed man was not created for the sake of woman, but woman for the sake of man. 7В A man ought not have his head covered, since he is the image and glory of God but the woman is manвЂ™s glory. 6В If a woman does not cover her head, she should have her hair cut off and if it is disgraceful for a woman to have her hair cut off or her head shaved, she should cover her head.

5В And every woman who prays or prophesies when she has her head uncovered disgraces her head for she is one and the same as the woman whose head is shaved. 4В Every man who prays or prophesies with something on his head dishonors his head. 3В But I want you to understand that Christ is the head (authority over) of every man, and man is the head of woman, and God is the head of Christ. 2В I praise and appreciate you because you remember me in everything and you firmly hold to the traditions, just as I have passed them on to you.
